New Construction Phase Inspections

Houses under construction are often inspected at critical points throughout the construction process.  The most common are pre-drywall and final walkthrough.  Other phase inspections are often performed as well:

• Footing
• Foundation (before backfill)
• Slab prep (before concrete placement)
